Former Virginia Sen. Jim Webb announced Tuesday that he is dropping out of the Democratic presidential race, with Fox News reporting that he feels "disillusioned" by both the Democratic and Republican parties. Webb's campaign floated the idea that Webb was considering a run as an independent candidate, though they added that he has yet to make a decision on that front. Webb clocked just 14 minutes and 37 seconds of speaking time at the first Democratic debate. In a CNN/ORC poll released Monday, he held just one percent support among Democratic voters.
