On Tuesday, President Trump finally spoke about Alabama Senate candidate Roy Moore, who has been accused by multiple women of inappropriate sexual conduct when they were teenagers and he was in his early 30s. "You have to listen to" Moore's denials, Trump told reporters, adding: "We don't need a liberal person [to win the seat]." Moore is the Republican candidate in the race, and Trump added that the allegations occurred over 40 years ago, "so, you know." Asked about the growing wave of sexual assault allegations across industries, Trump said: "I think it's a very special time, a lot of things are coming out and ... I think it's very, very good for women and I'm very happy."
