President Trump spoke about a wide range of topics in a near 50-minute Fox & Friends interview Thursday. In the interview, which happened as Florida was waking up to the destruction left in the wake of Hurricane Michael, Trump defended his decision not to cancel a rally in Pennsylvania Wednesday night as the hurricane was hitting Florida, saying only his "haters" were bothered by this. Trump also criticized former Attorney General Eric Holder, and suggested his former economic adviser, Gary Cohn, might have been a source for the Bob Woodward book. He also reiterated his idea that The New York Times may have actually made up its infamous anonymous op-ed about Trump's White House.
