Sandusky accuser describes alleged abuse
The first witness in the sexual abuse trial against former Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky said that as a teenager he was abused by Sandusky on campus and in hotel saunas. The man, now 28, is the first of eight alleged victims expected to testify during the trial. The lead prosecutor in the case opened Monday morning by showing photographs of all the alleged victims, and describing their ordeals in detail. Defense lawyer Joe Amendola countered that some of the alleged victims had hired civil lawyers and had a financial interest in pursuing the criminal case.
