Fired HGTV hosts say the network was 'bullied' into canceling their show

Fired HGTV hosts David and Jason Benham took to CNN last night to defend themselves after a left-wing blog revealed their anti-gay and anti-abortion views. The twin brothers, whose show Flip It Forward was abruptly canceled Wednesday, stirred up controversy after David previously likened the gay "agenda" to Nazi Germany and led a 2012 prayer rally outside of the Democratic National Convention denouncing "abortion on demand."

"Never have I ever spoken against homosexuals as individuals and gone against them," David told host Erin Burnett. "I speak about an agenda. And that's really what the point of this is, is that there is an agenda that is seeking to silence the voices of men and women of faith."

Jason added his "heart breaks" for HGTV because the network was "bullied" into cancelation. --Jordan Valinsky
