“Shock jock” Don Imus will go back on the air Dec. 3, six months after he was fired by CBS Radio for racist and sexist remarks about the Rutgers women’s basketball team. Imus will host the morning show on Citadel Broadcasting’s WABC-AM in New York, replacing Curtis Sliwa and Ron Kuby. “Our show has enjoyed the best audience—intelligent, compassionate, decent, and kind,” said Kuby. “The new owners don’t want that kind of show.” (AP in Yahoo!
