OOD DAY FOR: A worldwide Web, as Internet users, staring Monday, will be able to type Web addresses in 11 non-Roman-letter languages. BAD DAY FOR: Licking your lips, as a consumer watchdog reported that more than half of the 33 lipstick brands they tested contained lead. About a third of the brands contained more lead than the 0.1 parts-per-million level the FDA allows in candy. (Reuters)
