But the customer service can’t be beat at this boutique hotel, and it’s “loaded—I repeat, loaded—with amenities.” Before arriving, guests can choose room location and request foam or feather pillows. An animal-print robe and satin-covered hangers wait in the closet, while a glass jar filled with cotton swabs and balls stands in the bathroom. “Delicious dark-chocolate mints” appear each evening, along with the next day’s weather report. And at checkout, the front desk will even remember to print out your boarding passes.
