An animal-print robe and satin-covered hangers wait in the closet, while a glass jar filled with cotton swabs and balls stands in the bathroom. “Delicious dark-chocolate mints” appear each evening, along with the next day’s weather report. And at checkout, the front desk will even remember to print out your boarding passes.
