Henry Ian Cusick, who plays Desmond on the TV show Lost, was slapped with a sexual harassment lawsuit this week. A former ABC employee says Cusick groped her buttocks on the set of the show and “placed his face on top of her breasts, moving his face from side to side.” The woman is also suing ABC for dismissing her after the incident.
