You may remember how American Girl Dolls once let you create a doll in your likeness. You could choose from various skin tones and outfits, but let's be honest: It never looked exactly like you. Well, if you're longing for a toy that looks identical to you, today is your lucky day! A Japanese start-up company, Clone Factory, is using 3D printing technology to print your face and place it on a doll's body. However, at $1,300 a pop, these doppelganger dolls don't come cheap.
