The Dodgers are four wins away from playing in their first World Series since 1988.

Up two games to one in their best-of-five series with the Atlanta Braves, but down by one run in the bottom of the eighth inning of Game 4, the Dodgers took the lead on a two-run shot from Juan Uribe.

Incredibly, the Dodgers wanted Uribe to bunt, hoping he could advance the runner on second and give them a better shot to simply tie the game.

But Uribe twice failed to put a bunt in play, and with two strikes, he crushed a ball deep to left and out.

The Dodgers will face the winner of the Cardinals-Pirates series, which is headed for a decisive Game 5 Wednesday night.
