Back for a second season, “fixer” Anthony Melchiorri focuses on hotels around the world that either aren’t living up to their potential or are about to fail.This week’s episode finds him and his makeover crew at Puerto Rico’s Caribe Playa Beach Resort, which, though mere steps from the beach, hasn’t made a profit since 2006. Upcoming hotels on his fix-it list take the team to Hawaii, Alaska, Peru, and Vermont. Monday, Dec. 3, at 10 p.m., Travel Channel

NFL Road Tested: The Cleveland Browns

A typical NFL team travels 20,000 miles each season, requiring a massive coordinating effort to move about 150 people for every road game and keep every one of the players housed, fed, and ready to play. This new series, produced in partnership with NFL Films, offers a behind-the-scenes look at how the Cleveland Browns handle that challenge across a full season, with varied insights into the players’ life on the road. In Vogue: The Editor’s Eye

Fashion reflects the times we live in, says Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour as she introduces this eye-pleasing documentary about the role that fashion editors play in creating the magazine’s striking, trend-setting imagery. The talented women who are featured speak about the cultural influences and personal experiences that inform the sometimes-ineffable journey from concept to finished photographic spread. Thursday, Dec. 6, at 9 p.m., HBO

The Loves of Pharaoh

Though he became synonymous with such deft comedies as Ninotchka, director Ernst Lubitsch cut his teeth on costume dramas. Long thought lost, this silent Cecil B. DeMille–style epic from 1922 stars Emil Jannings as a brutal pharaoh who, for love of a Greek slave girl, takes Egypt to war. A beautiful restoration captures every detail of the lavish sets and hordes of costumed extras. Friday, Dec. 7, at 8 p.m., TCM
