For those who have everything: The Mega-Catch Ultra Mosquito Trap
This trap lures mosquitoes within 1.5 acres.
Mosquitoes bothering you this summer? Forget sprays and candles. The Mega-Catch Ultra Mosquito Trap is designed for mosquito haters who are “more into full-on slaughter than pacifist-like defense.” Like various rival contraptions, this one mimics the presence of human life in order to attract, trap, and slaughter the pests, but it’s “less of a hassle” because it’s powered by electricity instead of a propane tank. When plugged in, its LEDs, black lights, and heating elements lure mosquitoes within 1.5 acres, eventually collapsing the local population. A separate tank can be used to emit carbon dioxide in a pattern that mimics human breathing.
