Fisherman lands an artificial leg

Beth Krohn landed the catch of the day while fishing on Lake Ida in Alexandria, Minn. Her line hooked something heavy, and when she was finally able to reel it in, she pulled out an artificial leg. “It kept coming up and I’m like, ‘Oh my gosh! I hope it’s not a dead body,’” Krohn said. With a few phone calls, Krohn tracked down the owner of the leg, Pam Riley, who had lost it while swimming in the lake three years ago. Krohn met Riley in a local Wal-Mart parking lot to return the prosthetic limb.
