What was healthy (and not so healthy) in 2010

This year, researchers reached new conclusions about what is good and bad for us. Sadly, egg nog and fried latkes were not among the new "healthy" discoveries

With the new year just days away, Americans are resolving once again to live healthier lives. Luckily, in 2010, scientists offered up a bevy of new information as to what makes for a (supposedly) healthy and unhealthy existence. Here's what they discovered:
