Greek whites: Easy drinking

Greece's indigenous grapes make outstanding wines.

“Greece has given us democracy, a fine salad, and, as it turns out, outstanding wines made from a number of indigenous grapes,” said Andrew Knowlton in Bon Appétit. Greek whites don’t taste quite like any others, but these “easy-drinking” wines rival any Pinot Gris or Sauvignon Blanc.
