Telecom equipment maker Alcatel-Lucent tapped two Europeans to lead the business, replacing departing American CEO Patricia Russo. Ben Verwaayen, 55, of the Netherlands, will take over as CEO and Philippe Camus will become chairman. Verwaayen is a former CEO of British phone giant BT; Camus is a former co-CEO of aerospace giant EADS and managing partner at Lagardere. (MarketWatch)
