Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis said that he’ll release a DVD featuring Eliot Spitzer’s call girl, Ashley Dupré, even if she was underage when the footage was shot. Francis discovered the 2003 videos of Dupré dancing naked and posing with other young women in his archives last week, and immediately broke off negotiations to pay her $1 million for a new photo shoot. “Our footage is from when she was 18 years old, and it doesn’t get much better than that,” he said. “Eliot Spitzer has put some miles on that girl.” A report that Dupré may have been only 17 at the time did not change Francis’ plans. “It doesn’t matter,” he said. “Even if she was 17 or 16 for that matter, federal and state law permits posing nude. We’re just talking about nudity, not pornography.”

Winona Ryder was caught shoplifting makeup from a Hollywood drugstore last week, said The National Enquirer. The actress, who was convicted of stealing clothes from Saks Fifth Avenue in 2002, was stopped by a security guard after setting off an alarm. “We took the unpaid items back, and she left the store,” an employee told the tabloid.
