The average U.S. gas price hit a new high of $3.20 a gallon, the Lundberg Survey reported, and it will likely rise another 20 to 30 cents in the next month. San Francisco was the highest, at $3.58 a gallon. The rising prices are a result of refiners passing on record oil prices, said survey editor Trilby Lundberg. (Reuters)
