As a child, I was a fussy eater — not in a no-I-won't-eat-those-green-beans kind of way, but a conservative rule abider. Some would've called me a snob. I once refused to eat a sandwich because, how could a real meal not be eaten with a fork and a knife? My parents didn't know whether to fret or feel some kind of pride for this pretentious gourmand they'd reared.

Among my many hang-ups, one stood above the rest: breakfast for dinner. I couldn't quite wrap my head around the appeal of eating morning food at night. The dinner table was certainly no place for scrambled eggs. With age, however, I've calmed down and loosened my rules. I'm not sure if it was the passing of time or the realization that eggs at night aren't that bad, but I now consider breakfast a viable dinner option. Here are some recipes from the site to make your very own morning feast after sundown.
