The beachfront hotel’s new British owners, the Green family, recently completed a $100 million renovation on the 132-year-old Hamilton Princess, adding a spa, an in-house restaurant, and a giant super-yacht marina. Art from the Greens’ private collection now fills the 157-room property, including pieces by Andy Warhol, Jeff Koons, and Georgia O’Keeffe.
