The Week Contest
This week’s question: Ukraine has claimed that 10 of its military dolphins stationed in Crimea went on a hunger strike after Russia seized control of the peninsula in 2014 and have since starved to death—a charge that Moscow denies. If Hollywood were to make a war movie about these defiant dolphins’ act of anti-Russian resistance, what could the film be called?
Last week’s contest: A tanker truck carrying 12 tons of liquid chocolate overturned and spilled its load across a Polish highway last week, snarling traffic and creating headaches for cleanup crews. If a confectioner were to scrape clean the blacktop and sell the spilled chocolate, what appetizing brand name could it give the recovered candy?
THE WINNER: Mr. Goodtar Robyn Kupferman, Culver City, Calif.
SECOND PLACE: Chock Full O’Rocks Ivan Kershner, Salem, S.C.
THIRD PLACE: Literally 5th Avenue James Pearson, Anaheim, Calif.
