CareZone will help an elderly person track medications, and it has a journal that makes it easy to share updates with loved ones. A caregiver can also use it to store important information, including doctors’ numbers, photos of meds, and scans of insurance cards.
The Dementia-Friendly Home uses illustrations to show caregivers how to make a home safer and friendlier for someone coping with memory loss.
Memory Box! is designed to stir memories in people with dementia. Users enter a year of birth, then can choose musical, visual, or written prompts to initiate conversations about the past.
