Fox News apologizes for multiple false claims about European Muslims

Fox News on Saturday apologized for a handful of instances in which the network made inaccurate claims that negatively portrayed European Muslims.

The network issued four separate corrections during four programs, including one clarifying that Birmingham, England, is not, despite what one guest claimed, a "totally Muslim city where non-Muslims don't go in." (The city is 22 percent Muslim.) Apologizing for that widely mocked blunder, Fox News host Jeanine Pirro said she "wrongly let stand unchallenged and uncorrected" her guest's claim.
