Three Republicans have formally announced their candidacy for the 2016 GOP presidential nomination: freshman Sens. Ted Cruz (Texas), Rand Paul (Ky.), and Marco Rubio (Fla.). If you didn't have the time or inclination to watch their campaign launch speeches, BBC News pulled out what the British broadcaster sees as the main messages of each candidate, then mashed them together with some literal-minded illustrations.
