A second person is being sought for suspected participation in the Paris terrorist attacks, a French official told The New York Times. This person is thought to be an accomplice to the other surviving suspected attacker, 26-year-old Frenchman Salah Abdeslam, who is believed to have escaped to Brussels and is currently being pursued by authorities.

Seven attackers died during the Paris massacre, which left 129 people dead. At least nine people are now believed to have directly participated. Abdelhamid Abaaoud, 27, a Belgian man and an active ISIS executioner in Syria, is thought to be the mastermind behind the attack.
