South Korea: 'Artificial quake' detected near North Korean nuclear test site
Officials in South Korea say an "artificial earthquake" was detected Wednesday, originating 30 miles north of Kilju, North Korea, where the country has previously conducted nuclear tests.
The U.S. Geological Survey reports the seismic activity had a magnitude of 5.1. South Korea's Foreign Ministry told CNN it is holding an emergency meeting to discuss the possibility of a nuclear test.
