Warren G. Harding's dog had its own seat at Cabinet meetings, and 40 other facts about dogs

Not only did Warren G. Harding's dog, Laddie Boy, have its own seat at Cabinet meetings, but Franklin D. Roosevelt's dog was an honorary army private.

Our friends at Mental Floss put together a list of 41 surprising facts about dogs — taking the term liberally to also include a tidbit about Snoop Dogg. Among the other facts?
