President Trump wants to go another round on the NFL protest debate.

Trump on Friday tweeted that football players are "at it again," complaining that they "should be standing proudly" rather than kneeling in protest of systemic racial injustice during the national anthem.

The president has maligned NFL players via Twitter many times before, previously saying those who kneel "shouldn't be in the country." This time, he suggested that the athletes are feigning outrage, claiming they are "unable to define" the reason they are protesting. During the national anthem before Thursday night preseason games, several players raised their fists or took a knee. Several Philadelphia Eagles players donned shirts that read, "More than 60 percent of prison populations are people of color."

"They make a fortune doing what they love," said Trump, saying they should be suspended without pay for the protests. "Be happy, be cool!" Summer Meza
