Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg began the first of his testimonies before congressional committees Tuesday, appearing in front of the Senate Commerce and Judiciary Committees. His appearance follows revelations that some 87 million Facebook users might have had their information shared with Cambridge Analytica, a political consulting firm with ties to President Trump's 2016 campaign. Zuckerberg revealed that Facebook is "working with" Special Counsel Robert Mueller's team as it investigates Russian meddling in the 2016 election and said it was "clearly a mistake" to believe Cambridge Analytica deleted the user data it collected. He will sit before the House Energy and Commerce Committee on Wednesday.
