Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg returned to the court on Friday for a regularly-scheduled closed-door meeting. The 85-year-old Supreme Court justice is reportedly expected to take part in oral arguments on Tuesday. Ginsburg has been recovering ever since she was treated for lung cancer in December. Cancerous nodules had been discovered after she was hospitalized in a fall, but the court says there isn't evidence of remaining disease. After being discharged from the hospital, Ginsburg missed her first days of oral arguments in her entire career, although she continued to work from home. She previously survived cancer twice.
