A federal judge has ordered Roger Stone back to court after he posted an Instagram photo that appeared to show her with a crosshairs symbol next to her head. Judge Amy Berman Jackson said on Tuesday that Stone must explain why his partial gag order and his "conditions of release should not be modified or revoked in light" of the post. Stone, a longtime Republican operative and former adviser to President Trump, had taken down the picture and filed a notice of apology with the court. The photo was "improper," he acknowledged, and he "recognizes the impropriety and had it removed." Stone says he did not intend to threaten the judge and that the picture was misinterpreted.
