Former Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein is testifying before the Senate Intelligence Committee on Wednesday to discuss his role in the beginning of the investigation into the Trump campaign's previously alleged collusion with Russian election interference. Rosenstein said if he could go back, he would not sign the document that allowed surveillance on Trump's former campaign staffer, but defended the investigation as a whole, saying at the time there were questions that needed to be answered.
