Now, thanks to a flawless set and a string of “genuine showstoppers” from stars Bernadette Peters, Elaine Paige, and Jan Maxwell, the new Follies delivers a “perfect night of theater.”

The HollowSignature Theatre, Arlington, Va.(703) 573-7328Based on The Legend of Sleepy Hollow, this world premiere represents “a valid contribution to the cause of the new American musical,” said the Washington Examiner. Bolstered by a “modern and varied” score, the show manages to “illuminate even more clearly than the original did how fear can pollute a community.”
