The holidays are over, and if you're like me, you're already most of the way through the leftovers. Because let's face it: Is there anything more satisfying than finishing off leftovers? The truth is, I hate eating the same thing for days on end (one of the main reasons I love cooking for one), so seeing that last piece of Tupperware disappear from the fridge is a godsend.
