▪ The Secret Service is reportedly investigating Madonna after she said during last week’s Women’s March on Washington that she had thought about “blowing up the White House” in the wake of Donald Trump’s election to the presidency. “The revolution starts here,” thes— former House Speaker Newt Gingrich suggested the singer “should be arrested.” Madonna said that her comment had been taken “wildly out of context. My spe ech began with ‘I want to start a revolution of love.’” The Secret Service generally investigates any threats to harm the president.
▪ Uma Thurman and her ex-boyfriend this week were close to reaching a custody agreement after an ugly court battle over their 4-year-old daughter, Luna. Thurman, 46, and French financier Arpad Busson, 53, who were involved for seven years, decided to settle after a custody and meaner,” she said. The judge told both parties to work out a custody agreement, or he would have to impose one.
