Sporting matching fedoras, Holmes, 38, and Foxx, 49, were seen strolling hand in hand along the beach at Malibu, laughing radar, including wearing disguises. It has been alleged—but not confirmed— that in return for granting her a quick and largely uncontested divorce, Cruise insisted that Holmes not “embarrass” him in any way, and that she not date publicly for five years. That waiting period would have ended in June. Whatever the reason, Holmes “has been being more open” about her relationship with Foxx, a source told Entertainment Tonight.
▪ Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are expecting their third child in January, a baby girl to be delivered via surrogate, People.com reports. A mother of two, Kardashian, 36, is said to have hired a surrogate because of her struggles with placenta accreta— when the placenta attaches too deeply into the uterine wall—which she called “the most painful experience of my life.” Thus far, however, neither Kardashian nor West, 40, has confirmed the pregnancy. “When we’re ready to talk about it we will,” the reality star told EOnline.com last week, calling the surrogacy reports “super invasive.”
▪ Sinead O’Connor says she’s “fed up of being defined as the crazy person.” The Irish singer, who has spoken openly about her struggles with mental illness and recently was hospitalized, told TV psychologist Dr._Phil McGraw this week that she remains haunted by memories ofer replied, “That she’s dead.”
