Brennon Jones, 29, created “Haircuts 4 Homeless” earlier this year to help his community’s less fortunate members get back on their feet. ▪ An American woman hadn’t won the New York City marathon in 40 years—until Shalane Flanagan crossed the finish line in first place this week. ▪ A canine wedding crasher became the guest of honor for a loved-up Brazilian couple.
