It must be true... I read it in the tabloids
▪ An angry Wisconsin barber was arrested after he allegedly punished a fidgeting customer by clipping his ear with the scissors, then shaving a bald strip down the middle of his head. The 22-year-old victim told police that hairstylist Khaled Shabani gave him the humiliating haircut and left his ear bleeding after complaining that he was moving his head too much. The barber was charged with disorderly conduct. “While it is not a crime to give someone a bad haircut,” police said, “you will get arrested for intentionally snipping their ear with a scissors.”
▪ Parisians can now eat boeuf in the buff at the city’s first nudist restaurant. Diners at O’Naturel leave all their clothes in a cloakroom—although women may keep on their heels—before chowing down on classic French fare, including snails in parsley sauce and duck foie gras. Yves Leclerc, president of the French Naturist Federation, said the restaurant gives fellow nudists a chance to be publicly bare even in the winter. “We’re in the heart of Paris and we’re eating naked,” he said. “It’s a little surreal.”
▪ A Florida man ended up in cuffs after he repeatedly punched an ATM that spewed out too much cash. Police said Michael Oleksik, 23, was caught on security camera pummeling the electronic teller’s touch screen. Oleksik then called Wells Fargo to apologize for the estimated $5,000 in damage he caused, explaining that he was “angry the ATM was giving him too much money and he did not know what to do.” Oleksik was arrested on charges of criminal mischief.
