The Week contest
This week’s question: Gwyneth Paltrow and her new husband, TV producer Brad Falchuk, have kept separate homes and happily live apart three days of the week. If the actress and Goop founder were to write a book on the benefits of living apart from your spouse, what title could she give it?
Last week’s contest: The U.S. military has begun taking the numerous sightings of UFOs by its pilots seriously, and is trying to figure out whether the mysterious objects pose a threat. Please come up with a message that we could transmit to these visitors that would explain the current state of life on Earth.
THE WINNER: Forget the Prime Directive. Please help! James Pearson, Anaheim, Calif.
SECOND PLACE: We’re destroying this planet. No help needed. Dianne Kogut, Raleigh, N.C.
THIRD PLACE: Caution: Contains Nuts Joseph Terrill, South Bend, Ind.
