NYPD officers offered a form to ban NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio from their funerals

In the wake of the Eric Garner verdict, NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio has made a show of support for reform of the New York Police Department to prevent future tragedies. Though critics have charged that his proposals are too tepid and inconsistent, the city's police union has taken offense, responding by offering NYPD officers a form to request de Blasio be banned from their funerals should they die in the line of duty.
