If he could handle teaching Cory, Shawn, and Topanga year after year, a burglar was nothing for Mr. Feeny.

Actor William Daniels, 91, known for playing beloved high school educator Mr. Feeny on the '90s classic Boy Meets World, was inside his Los Angeles home Saturday night with his wife, actress Bonnie Bartlett, when someone forced open a back door. Daniels quickly turned on several lights in the house, which scared the would-be burglar away.

"Luckily, Mr. Daniels was able to frighten away the person and the LAPD quickly responded," his publicist told ABC7. "They are both well. Mr. Daniels thanks all his fans for their concern." Daniels, who also starred on St. Elsewhere and was the voice of K.I.T.T. on Knight Rider, has the support of his Boy Meets World co-star, Will Friedle, who tweeted: "Don't ever mess with Mr. Feeny! #LoveYouBillAndBonnie."
