On Wednesday night, President Obama said that America welcomes "our responsibility to lead" in the fight against ISIS. On Sunday night's Last Week Tonight, John Oliver asked the obvious follow-up question: "But do we welcome it in this case? Or is it like when the printer at work runs out of toner, and there's no one else around who can fix it?"
