Gossip: Lindsay Lohan
Lohan wants an apology or compensation from the court, which erred in saying she suffers from bipolar disorder and cocaine addiction.
Now that she’s free, Lindsay Lohan wants revenge on the court system, said Fox 411.com. Doctors at UCLA Medical Center released the actress this week from her court-mandated rehab sentence, after determining that she suffers neither from bipolar disorder nor cocaine addiction, as prosecutors contended. The doctors blamed some of Lohan’s erratic behavior on Adderall, a drug erroneously prescribed for Lohan’s non-existent attention deficit disorder. So Lohan now wants an apology or some sort of compensation.
“Lindsay is fuming,” says a friend. “She is really upset that the courts put her through all of this.” Legal experts, however, say that judges and prosecutors “have absolute immunity’’ from lawsuits. After her release, Lohan was ordered to attend five AA meetings a week, and take twice-weekly drug and alcohol tests.
