A group of 13 University of Wisconsin-Madison business school alumni donated $85 million to keep the school from changing its name for 20 years. The donors said that the school’s name, the Wisconsin School of Business, is an asset that will be worth $225 million in 20 years. John Fernandes of the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business said this is a first for B-schools.
