The run-up in oil prices, which topped $93 a barrel for the first time yesterday, is starting to show up at the gas pumps. Gas sold at a national average of $2.92 a gallon yesterday, up 10 cents from three weeks ago, and some analysts see $4 gallons in 2008. “The good times are behind us, the O.K. times are here, and the dreadful times are in front of us,” said Peter Beutel of the energy risk management firm Cameron Hanover.
