Muslim groups and French scholars are afraid that Charlie Hebdo's fearless new cover, which features a crying Muhammad holding a sign that says "Je Suis Charlie," could inspire more acts of violence. Several Muslim groups in France issued a statement on Tuesday urging the country's Muslim population to "remain calm" while "respecting freedom of opinion."

Meanwhile, France's intelligence community believes that the string of terror attacks in France may not be over. As many as six members of the terrorist cell linked to last week's attack on the Charlie Hebdo office may still be on the loose.
