After a week of silence, Hillary Clinton is expected to hold a news conference Tuesday to discuss her exclusive use of a private email account during her tenure as secretary of State, according to multiple reports.

In her only comment on the issue to date, Clinton said last week she had asked the State Department to release her emails. But with the story lingering amid a trickle of negative news coverage, raising questions about whether the practice ran afoul of ethics rules, Clinton will reportedly address the issue head on.
