"It's always hard to leave your pets behind at home," said Lauren Keating at Tech Times, but the Petzi Treat Cam ($170) makes it easier. The device combines a Wi-Fi–connected video camera with a snack dispenser, allowing owners to check in on and interact with their pets at any time of day. Pull up the Petzi app on a smartphone and the device will emit a jingle, alerting your dog or cat. The pet can hear your voice, and when you tap a button, you can watch your pet's reaction when the device spits out one to three treats on random trajectories.
