Iran accused Saudi Arabia of orchestrating devastating twin attacks in Tehran on Wednesday at Iran's parliament building and the tomb of the Islamic republic's revolutionary founder, Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini, Reuters reports. At least 12 people have been reported dead and dozens other wounded.

The Islamic State has already claimed responsibility for the Tehran attack; if true, the deadly assaults would mark what appears to be ISIS's first attacks inside Iran.
